HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA
GDPR does not specify a time limit for client’s details to be retained as there are a number of lawful regulations already in place such as VAT that state data should be retained for at least 6 years. As Lace Sixpence Weddings & Events are not VAT registered, we cleanse our data every 12 months with a view to removing any data that is no longer required.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS
You may request access to your personal data that we collect online and maintain by contacting us at any time without charge. We will respond within one calendar month of the request date, unless complex in which case a further two months may be claimed.
You have the right to ask us not to process information for marketing purposes. Any marketing will cease immediately upon receipt of your request.
